His research\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"\">interests involve the intersection of bioinformatics, multi-omics, metabolic modeling and networking, systems\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">biology<\/span><span class=\"\">, and bioengineering.
