Lindsay Rubin

Lindsay Rubin (Lindsay.rubin@gmail.com) is a senior at San Diego State University studying Biology. The project that I work on is electroporation. The goal of my work is to try and efficiently induce plasmid strain pawpoleA into AP18 cells with an increase in cell survivability and uptake of the plasmid.
